Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs cancellations and refunds for services and products purchased through Mindcafe — including counselling sessions, courses, and Feelz wellness products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Full Refund Period
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your course booking within 2 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation, and before the start of the course, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel within this period, please contact us at connect@mindcafe.app with your order confirmation details. We will process your refund promptly.
Cancellations After the Initial Period
Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation. Any requests for cancellation after this period are at Mindcafe's sole discretion.
Method of Reimbursement
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your payment provider.
No Refund Cases
No refund will be payable if you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online platform (Portal Web or App).
By accessing course materials or beginning a session, you acknowledge that you have chosen to use the Service before the expiry of the cancellation period and thereby waive your right to cancel.
Cancellation by Mindcafe
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program, Mindcafe — Sneh Care Club Private Limited — reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course or session.
If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange the refund via your original payment method.
