Shreyal Jain is a counselling psychologist with 3+ years of experience and is an Expressive Arts-Based Therapist and Psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from MSU Baroda and holds a CID-UNESCO Certification. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and older adults, using expressive arts therapy to foster emotional well-being and self-discovery. In addition to her therapeutic practice, Shreyal conducts life skills and mental health workshops for schools and offers creative arts-based workshops and training sessions to various groups and organizations. Shreyal is passionate about guiding people on their journey to mental wellness, using creativity and therapy to help them discover their true potential.
